Our story

Closing the gap between intention and implementation

IiFE was created to address a critical gap in the European asset management industry: the disconnect between recognising the importance of inclusion and effectively implementing it.

While many organisations understand the value of diversity, few have embedded it into how decisions are made, how talent is developed and how performance is delivered.

IiFE brings the industry together to close this gap. By focusing on inclusion and cognitive diversity, collaboration and practical frameworks, IiFE enables firms to move from intention to implementation, unlocking better outcomes for organisations, clients and society.

Conducted in partnership with PwC Switzerland and Inclusion in Finance Europe, providing the first benchmark of inclusion across European asset management.

2025 Cognitive Diversity Research

The Power of Diverse Thinking
Commissioned by Inclusion in Finance, in collaboration with Inclusion in Finance UK, Inclusion in Finance Europe and Inclusion in Finance North America, and led by Professor Alex Edmans of London Business School.

2026 Social Mobility Research

Social Mobility in Asset Management: An Untapped Opportunity
Commissioned by Inclusion in Finance Europe and conducted in partnership with PwC Switzerland, exploring how widening access to talent can strengthen the industry's future workforce.
