Inclusive Culture Community

Inclusive cultures. Better decisions. Stronger performance.

The Inclusive Culture Community helps member firms embed inclusion as a core business capability, creating environments where people contribute, challenge, grow and perform at their best.

Why it matters Inclusion drives better outcomes.

Inclusive organisations turn different perspectives into stronger decision-making, better execution and long-term performance.

Part of IiFE’s decision-making framework

Inclusive culture creates the conditions for better thinking.

Inclusive Culture is one of IiFE’s three practitioner communities. Together with Social Mobility and Gender Equality, it helps member firms create the conditions for different perspectives to be heard, challenged and used in decisions.

The community

From culture initiative to commercial advantage.

The Inclusive Culture Community brings together member firms to share evidence-informed approaches that help inclusion move from aspiration to execution.

The community focuses on leadership behaviours, psychological safety, employee networks, workplace systems and team effectiveness, helping organisations create environments where people can contribute fully and perform strongly.

Experienced professionals from across the industry can participate in the community, bringing their insight and commitment to measurable progress.

Why inclusive culture matters

Inclusive organisations outperform by transforming different perspectives into execution.

Inclusion is not simply about workplace culture. It is a business capability that shapes how organisations perform, make decisions and retain talent.

For European asset management firms, inclusive culture supports stronger collaboration, better leadership, improved retention and more effective decision-making.
