Inclusive Culture Community
The Inclusive Culture Community helps member firms embed inclusion as a core business capability, creating environments where people contribute, challenge, grow and perform at their best.
Inclusive organisations turn different perspectives into stronger decision-making, better execution and long-term performance.

The community
The Inclusive Culture Community brings together member firms to share evidence-informed approaches that help inclusion move from aspiration to execution.
The community focuses on leadership behaviours, psychological safety, employee networks, workplace systems and team effectiveness, helping organisations create environments where people can contribute fully and perform strongly.
Experienced professionals from across the industry can participate in the community, bringing their insight and commitment to measurable progress.

Culture Builders helps member firms move from shared learning to implementation by translating inclusive behaviours into stronger team performance.
Launched in April 2026, Culture Builders creates a structured space for shared learning, peer exchange and measurable progress on inclusive workplace culture.
Programme in development
The Inclusive Culture Community is developing the Thriving Talent Project, a new programme focused on psychological safety and high-performing teams.
The project will help member firms explore how leaders and teams can create environments where people feel able to contribute, challenge, learn and perform at their best.
The programme is currently being developed by the community and will be launched for member firms once the format and participation pathway are confirmed.
