Membership should make sense for your business. These are some of the questions firms may want answered before joining.
Membership is open to organisations working in or alongside European asset management, including asset managers, asset owners, pension funds, investment consultants and trade associations. Membership is held at organisation level, giving teams access to shared insight, peer learning, Communities, events and practical resources.
Member firms gain access to exclusive research and insights, Cognitive Diversity tools, member Communities, cross company and cross country peer learning, events and practical guidance. These resources are designed to help organisations move from intention to action and embed inclusion into business practice.
IiFE is not a consultancy. We do not provide one off advice to firms in isolation. Instead, we create a cross company platform where members can access research, share learning, collaborate with peers and contribute to practical progress across the wider European asset management industry.
IiFE complements, rather than duplicates, Inclusion in Finance UK. IiFE focuses on the specific needs, challenges and opportunities of the European asset management industry, including cross country peer learning, European research and insight, local market differences, regulatory context and collaboration across multiple financial centres.
IiFE does not replace existing initiatives. It connects and strengthens them through a pan European, asset management focused platform that brings together research, practical tools, peer learning, Communities and cross company collaboration across several areas of inclusion.
