About IiFE
Inclusion in Finance Europe is a European, industry led member organisation focused on asset management. We bring firms together to turn inclusion and Cognitive Diversity into practical action that supports better decisions, stronger talent and long term business performance.
Inclusion is most valuable when it shapes how organisations find talent, develop people, challenge assumptions and make decisions.
Our story
IiFE was created to address a clear gap in European asset management: the difference between recognising the importance of inclusion and embedding it effectively into how organisations make decisions, develop talent and deliver performance.
We bring firms together through a cross company, pan European platform that combines research, collaboration and practical frameworks, helping organisations move from intention to implementation.
Who we are
IiFE brings together organisations from across European asset management around the issues that affect talent, leadership, organisational culture and decision making.
Shaped by practitioners and senior leaders from across European asset management.
Built to connect firms across markets, financial centres and industry contexts.
Grounded in research, data and practical industry insight.
Designed to help organisations move from strategy and discussion to practical action.
How IiFE works
IiFE connects senior strategic oversight with day to day delivery and member led communities. This creates a clear route from identifying an industry priority to developing practical action.
Sets strategic direction and helps determine the organisation's priorities.
Provides governance and oversees the management and day to day operation of IiFE.
Bring members together around agreed priority areas and develop focused activity.
Research, programmes, tools, events and shared learning turn priorities into delivery.
Strategic direction
The Advisory Council helps set IiFE's strategic goals and areas of focus. It provides senior industry perspective and participates in the nomination and approval of new Advisory Council and Board members.
IiFE's priority areas are reviewed with the Advisory Council, including at the Annual General Meeting, so the organisation can respond as industry needs evolve.
Governance and delivery
The Board is responsible for the management and day to day operations of IiFE. It translates the organisation's strategic direction into delivery and oversees the work of the association.
Board members elect the Chairperson of the Board. The Chairperson supports the Board's work and serves as an important link between the Board and the Advisory Council.

IiFE Communities bring colleagues from member firms together around priority areas agreed by the organisation. They create structured spaces for peer learning, shared challenge and practical collaboration, helping turn strategic priorities into research, initiatives, programmes and resources.
These areas are designed to evolve. As industry priorities change, IiFE may develop new areas of focus or reshape existing Communities.
