About IiFE

Different Thinking.
Better Outcomes.

Turn inclusion into performance.

IiFE is a European, industry-led member organisation helping asset management firms turn inclusion and cognitive diversity into better decisions, stronger performance and lasting business value.

Our belief Better thinking drives better decisions.

Inclusion and cognitive diversity are not side initiatives. They are business performance levers.

Our story

Closing the gap between intention and implementation

IiFE was created to address a critical gap in the European asset management industry: the disconnect between recognising the importance of inclusion and effectively implementing it.

While many organisations understand the value of inclusion, few have embedded it into how decisions are made, how talent is developed and how performance is delivered.

IiFE brings the industry together to close that gap. By focusing on inclusion and cognitive diversity, collaboration and practical frameworks, IiFE enables firms to move from intention to implementation, unlocking better outcomes for organisations, clients and the industry as a whole.

Who we are

A practitioner-led network built by the industry, for the industry.

Inclusion in Finance Europe (IiFE) is a pan-European member organisation bringing together asset managers, asset owners, pension funds, investment consultants and industry bodies to advance inclusion as a driver of performance. We are a practitioner-led network built by the industry, for the industry, focused entirely on helping organisations move from intention to implementation and deliver measurable outcomes.

However

IiFE is not designed to replace internal teams or act as a regulatory body.

Why it matters

Better thinking drives better decisions.

Cognitive diversity strengthens decision making, reduces risk and improves long-term performance. It is not just who is in the room. It is how different people think, challenge and decide.

Well-led, cognitively diverse teams are better placed to outperform. IiFE helps firms harness that advantage.

Our purpose

Transform inclusion into a measurable driver of success.

IiFE exists to transform inclusion into a measurable driver of better decision making, stronger performance and long-term success across European asset management.

Inclusion is performance

Inclusion is not a standalone initiative. It is a core component of how organisations perform and compete.

Execution is the differentiator

The industry challenge is not awareness. It is implementation. IiFE exists to close that gap.
