About IiFE

Different Thinking.
Better Outcomes.

Turning inclusion and Cognitive Diversity into better outcomes.

Inclusion in Finance Europe is a European, industry led member organisation focused on asset management. We bring firms together to turn inclusion and Cognitive Diversity into practical action that supports better decisions, stronger talent and long term business performance.

Our belief Better thinking drives better decisions.

Inclusion is most valuable when it shapes how organisations find talent, develop people, challenge assumptions and make decisions.

Our story

Closing the gap between intention and implementation

IiFE was created to address a clear gap in European asset management: the difference between recognising the importance of inclusion and embedding it effectively into how organisations make decisions, develop talent and deliver performance.

We bring firms together through a cross company, pan European platform that combines research, collaboration and practical frameworks, helping organisations move from intention to implementation.

Who we are

A member organisation built by the industry, for the industry.

IiFE brings together organisations from across European asset management around the issues that affect talent, leadership, organisational culture and decision making.

Industry led

Shaped by practitioners and senior leaders from across European asset management.

European by design

Built to connect firms across markets, financial centres and industry contexts.

Evidence informed

Grounded in research, data and practical industry insight.

Implementation focused

Designed to help organisations move from strategy and discussion to practical action.

Strategic direction

Advisory Council

The Advisory Council helps set IiFE's strategic goals and areas of focus. It provides senior industry perspective and participates in the nomination and approval of new Advisory Council and Board members.

IiFE's priority areas are reviewed with the Advisory Council, including at the Annual General Meeting, so the organisation can respond as industry needs evolve.

Our communities

Where priorities become practical work

IiFE Communities bring colleagues from member firms together around priority areas agreed by the organisation. They create structured spaces for peer learning, shared challenge and practical collaboration, helping turn strategic priorities into research, initiatives, programmes and resources.

These areas are designed to evolve. As industry priorities change, IiFE may develop new areas of focus or reshape existing Communities.

Member led action

From member priorities to industry action

IiFE is structured to turn shared priorities into focused activity that member firms can engage with and apply.

Identify

Members and industry developments surface shared challenges and opportunities.

Prioritise

The Advisory Council helps set strategic areas of focus.

Develop
