Rise Across Kick-Off

The launch of IiFE's cross-company, cross-country mentorship programme, bringing together mentors and mentees from across European asset management for the first time.

A milestone moment for the Gender Equality Community and the start of a six-month structured mentoring pilot running from June to November 2026.

Culture Builders Launch

The inaugural session of Culture Builders, IiFE's ERG community for Inclusive Culture, launched in April 2026.

Featuring a masterclass on the strategic power of ERGs by Aniela Unguresan from EDGE Empower, the session brought together ERG leaders from across member organisations to share best practice and build collective impact.
