Inclusion in Finance Europe is a pan-European member organisation focused on inclusion, cognitive diversity andbetter business outcomes in asset management.

We support asset managers, asset owners, pension funds, investment consultants andindustry trade associations by connecting them with research, events, guidance,communities and peer learning.

Our role is to help the industry move from intention to implementation, making inclusion partof how organisations lead, make decisions and develop talent.
